Joe Fedyna is Vice President of Employee Benefits for Solid Benefit Guidance, a NJ based employee benefit and pharmacy consulting firm.  Joe is a seasoned healthcare insurance executive with over a decade of industry experience.  Joe has developed a keen understanding and knowledge of the healthcare market place.  He leverages his expert financial analysis in healthcare costs, to provide employers and individuals with a clear understanding of their own costs drivers and trends within a benefits program.  In doing so, he has been able to offer creative and unique market solutions for companies and individuals. 

Prior to joining SBG, Joe worked for Aetna and was a trusted advisor in their northeast marketplace, dealing in large complex negotiations for their middle market medical clients.  In addition, Joe had responsibility for managing producer relationships in their New York and New Jersey marketplace. 

Joe has been recognized as an expert in the healthcare marketplace and has served as a guest speaker and subject matter expert on various topics including Health Care Reform.    During his tenure at Aetna, he also facilitated financial underwriting training sessions for national insurance consultant firms across the country.  As Vice President of Employee Benefits, Joe’s background lends itself to provide confidence and comfort to clients and individuals while dealing in the complex healthcare marketplace.

In addition, Stacy has a B.A. in International Economics and in French from Middlebury College where she graduated cum laude. She has been formerly employed as director of investment relations at Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery and as an investment-banking analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp., specializing in financial services.

Stacy is active in the development of financial planning as a profession. Karin Price Mueller is the personal finance and consumer affairs columnist for The Star-Ledger, New Jersey's largest newspaper. Among her columns are "Ask The Biz Brain," a reader Q&A and "Get With The Plan," a weekly money makeover column. Her consumer affairs column, "Bamboozled," has won several national and local awards. Mueller has also received a Heart of Financial Planning Award from the Financial Planning Association.
